I confirm this issue. It is present also in new releases 2.2.8 and 2.4.0 in
both GUIs. I am extracting video from RTP payload and save payload function
saves 6MB files out of 1MB capture. The raw file created has zero-bytes in
between saved frames.
I do remember it was working correct. I was able to extract payload to raw file
and with simple HEX editor append AVI headers and play it back with VLC. Now it
not possible.
