> PowerPoint with images and narrative (3 info slides)

Please don't submit PowerPoint slides; if you *must* submit images, submit
GIFs, JPEGs, or some other format that doesn't require that people trying to
fix the bug have available a program that reads Microsoft Office file formats -
not everybody does.

The information from Slide 1 was pasted into the bug description.

> 2). Overview: See Slide 2 for additional OS and Wireshark version and
> plug-ins

All the useful information from Slide 2 is already in the text of the bug.

> 3). Steps to Produce: See Slide 3

It appears, from that slide, that a file named OGC_NRFK_1351-1401_10122017.pcap
is the current capture file, and an "Export Packet Dissections > As CSV..."
operation is being done.  The capture file name has "1.293Mg" after it;
presumably "Mg" stands for "megagram", i.e. it's 1.293 tonnes in weight. :-)

In the export dialog, "All Packets" is selected, and "Packet summary line" and
"Include column headings" are checked; it's writing to a file named
NRFX_1004-1046_10112017.csv.

There's a comment "File is created, but seems to always only export a 5K file"
over what appears to be a screenshot of Excel - presumably Excel reading the
CSV file - which may just mean "crashes after writing 5K worth of data".

There's also a comment "If I filter the capture from ‘Conversations’ it exports
the capture session (works)."
