1) Either answer the question I asked about a comment that the change removes,
i.e. whether "Signal 1" means "signal on antenna 1", and replace the comment
with a comment answering the question, or put the question back.
2) See whether anything else still needs to be done after the fixes I've made
to the commit message and the comment containing the licensing information.
