Running on Linux 4.15.15-1-ARCH, with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
(with SSE4.2), with 31988 MB of physical memory, with locale en_GB.UTF-8, with
libpcap version 1.8.1, with GnuTLS 3.5.18, with Gcrypt 1.8.2, with zlib 1.2.11,
binary plugins supported (0 loaded).
Built using clang 4.2.1 Compatible Clang 6.0.0 (tags/RELEASE_600/final).

After opening a libpcap file, adding some capture file comments, the save
dialog will show two "Save as" file types: "Endance ERF capture" and
"Wireshark/... - pcapng".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open capture file ("dns.pcap").
2. Add capture file comments (Statistics -> Capture File Properties; add
comments; Save Comments; Close).
3. Press Ctrl+S ("Save", not "Save As")
4. Confirm "Save in another format"
Expected behavior:
Save dialog with a couple of options, defaulting to the "pcapng" format.
Actual behavior:
Save dialog with two file types ("Endance ERF capture" and "Wireshark/... -
pcapng") with the first being selected by default.
This dialog has the same issue as bug 14600.
