Note that tcpdump on my Mac, running macOS Sierra, produces a similar error, so
the file really *is* an invalid pcap file; whoever wrote the code that produced
that file should apologize to all developers of all software that reads pcap
files (libpcap, Wireshark, etc., etc., etc.) for having used the standard pcap
magic number for a file that is *not* a standard pcap file.
What software or device produced this file?
