Since Wireshark 2.6.0, Wireshark has switched to using the new Maxmind GeoLite2
databases, and the location file is now called maxmind_db_paths.

I don't think this bug is applicable anymore and anyway, support for 1.10 ended
on June 5, 2015 (See https://wiki.wireshark.org/Development/LifeCycle), so
please update to the latest version of Wireshark.  If you still encounter a
problem, feel free to reopen the bug.
