It's not just the man page that lacks mention of the -Nv option. For example:
tshark -Nx
tshark: -N specifies unknown resolving option 'x'; valid options are:
'd' to enable address resolution from captured DNS packets
'm' to enable MAC address resolution
'n' to enable network address resolution
'N' to enable using external resolvers (e.g., DNS)
for network address resolution
't' to enable transport-layer port number resolution
This would require a code change to tshark in addition to an update to the man
page, so I recategorized the bug as a tshark one. The bug is also present in
master so marking affected version as "Git" (with backporting applicable to
2.6.x, 2.4.x. and 2.2.x).
