File prp.pcapng - iec61850 sampled values with prp suffix, has malformed
packets, File woprp - without prp suffix, no errors.

I get the error "Malformed Packet: SV" for IEC61850 sampled values only when
the PRP is enabled. The PRP dissector is enabled and shows the trailer fine.
However, I would like to know the reason and resolution of the "Malformed
Packet: SV".
