Problem:
msbuild ... INSTALL.vcxproj fails.
Expected:
msbuild ... INSTALL.vcxproj should create a working wireshark installation to
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/PROJECT_NAME.
Does that clarify the issue?
