Is *ANSI* C (C89) compatibility still important in 2019 (2019-1989 = 30), or is
*ISO* C90 compatibility still important in 2019, or is ISO C99 compatibility
sufficient? If C99 compatibility is sufficient, we can use // comments in the
output of "C Arrays" format.
