Support for Kafka 2.5
The change is massive, mostly due to KIP-482. The flexible version coding
affects every
string, bytes or array field. In order to keep the compatibility the old
and new style field
codings must stay next to each other.
Plus:
* correlation-id request/response matching
* new fields (other than KIP-482)
* some fixes to the messages that were not tested sufficiently before
