for some reasons not really clear to me, the build process for the
documentation tries to download some files from the docbook repository:
34.327847 192.168.0.3 -> 217.237.150.115 DNS Standard query A
docbook.sourceforge.net

projects.sourceforge.net A 66.35.250.209

Ideas what is going wrong here?
