I did not build MSVC and Cygwin combination, I just want to try if it can be built under pure Cygwin environment.
My problem is could not install libpcap under Cygwin environment, I think it could be built under Cygwin if we fix this problem. These days MSVC 6 is effectively unobtainable, at least in my part of the world. I have built Ethereal with VS 2003. I have not yet tried Wireshark or VS 2005.
