Dear wireshark-dev team,
Let me first describe my dual screen setup:

When wireshark starts, the window will appear mostly off the top of the
secondary screen.
There is also a problem that if wireshark was maximised when closed, it will
remember the dimensions it had when maximised, so when the window is restored
it stays large! (I think the usual way to solve this is to un-maximise the
window before closing, if I remember projects I’ve worked on).
