I've recently checked in a Makefile.nmake "version" that should work ok 
(without the lua docs, as Louis developed this after I've done the split 
- but shouldn't be too difficult to add).

IMHO the Win32 buildbot should use the Makefile.nmake version now, this 
splits the Win32 and UNIX generation, as we had some problems in the 
past with this to be combined.

Obviously, if the Win32 buildbot uses Makefile.nmake, there would be no 
need to fix the Makefile for Win32 any longer ;-)

P.S: I guess Gerald is in the process of releasing the 0.99.5, so the 
switch might not happen in the next days :-)
