You can do it with Wireshark. First, apply a display filter matching what you want to include. If you want to include the first 60 seconds of a capture (or 60 seconds after a time reference mark), then use this filter: frame.time_relative <= 60 Then hit enter or click apply and go back to the statistics->summary. There will be a second column for statistics on the displayed packets only.
