Sounds like a good catch !

1. capture_if.c has changed a bit since 0.99.4 so I'd appreciate it if 
you could verify that the bug still exists in the latest SVN version (a 
quick look suggests that it may).

2. If the bug still exists, please submit a bug report
(bugzilla.wireshark.org) and attach a diff -u from the latest svn of the 
bug fix.
The attachment should be marked as a patch and the "request for review' 
flag should be checked.
