Hi,

How are you trying to open the file on your desktop?

I is probably a matter of permissions. The file is created with owner 
root:root, which you desktop session probably isn't. They way to get 
around this is to change to file ownership, ie `sudo chown 
<user>:<usergroup> <path to desktopfile>'.
