If there is a Tag CONTEXT-SPECIFIC(either primitive encoding or constructed
encoding).
How the Tag number is decoded?
comment in packet-ber.c
/* sanity check: we only handle Constructed Universal Sequences */
Is it support Constructed Conext Sequences?
we are using wireshark-1.0.0 version.
