Hi! Thank you all for your valuable input! It solved my problem regarding data chunk length. I obviously missed that somehow. However, the reason I need the stream id is not for dissection but rather for displaying it at wireshark's "info" column. It's a nice-to-have feature which should improve comfort during analysis of these packets. Maybe there is an easier way to access this info too? Anyway, my main problem is solved now. Thanks again!
