The correct way, or the working way I don't know if this is the best
way was to make lemon with the OpenWRT buildsystem like that:
define Build/Compile
$(MAKE) -C $(PKG_BUILD_DIR)/tools/lemon CC_FOR_BUILD="$(HOSTCC)"
$(MAKE) -C $(PKG_BUILD_DIR)
endef
