Ideally, there would be a way to somehow control the precision reported for 
FT_ABSOLUTE_TIME and FT_RELATIVE_TIME values, so that something doesn't get 
shown with more decimal places than it deserves (a time stamp with one-second 
resolution should show no fractional part, a time stamp with millisecond 
resolution should show no more than 3 digits of a fractional part, etc.).
