For the Wireshark developers out there developing on Windows and who are also 
students and would like to work with Microsoft's Professional products for free 
instead of just the Express Editions, you might want to visit the DreamSpark

According to Wikipedia, this program was started 2 years ago, but I only saw it 
now and don't recall anyone mentioning it before, so I thought I would pass 
this on ...
