It was removed when the patches to bug 4664 were committed. Wiretap now byte-swaps the affected pseudo-header fields in place, if necessary. This allows the bytes contained within the pseudo header to be displayed in the packet bytes pane just like the rest of the data in the tvb. It also makes writing the packets to a new file trivial.
