No, the mappings would be set up entirely through the UI, in the fashion I
described.
If you want to hardwire that mapping into a private version of Wireshark, you'd
have to do something such as what I described in
http://ask.wireshark.org/questions/3083/set-dlt_user-in-dissector-registration
