There is, and the code used to use it to determine whether to activate the
"Capture packets in monitor mode" checkbox. ("man pcap_can_set_rfmon", if your
UN*X has libpcap 1.0.0 or later. You need to do pcap_create() first. And,
yes, I added that because I knew Wireshark would need to use it.)
