There isn't a flag to do that.
You *could* try using
tshark -o 'column.format:"No.", "%m"' -o column.hidden:%m ...
which says "display only the packet number column" and then says "hide the
packet number column"; that means the packet summary line will be a blank line
(it won't be absent; that's the best TShark can do).
