As I can see on Google, many people are looking for a silent install of
winPCap4.1.2.
It seems that previous version 4.1.1 was able to do this.
so, why the 4.1.2 walk back ?
We need this feature to push update remotely with Wireshark 1.6.7 to be
up to date
