Okay, after trying to buld revisions 42000, 42500, 42700, 42800, 42750, 42725, 42712, 42706, 40709, 42708, 420707, I narrowed it down to some change between revisions 42706 and 42707 (42706 builds fine, 42707 gives the aforementioned error).
Can someone please check what was that change? I've little experience with autotools.
