Hi,

The GPL is all about distribution. If you distribute a DLL to a client, you 
(the company) has to be willing to provide the source code to it as well to 
this client. The client can do what it wants with it, like redistribute, etc. 

Of course you can also submit the code as enhancement in Wireshark bugzilla for 
inclusion in the mainline distribution.
