I can build, but I can't use the VS2010 step-through debugger. The usual cause
of this is VS thinking its source is out of sync (like when I forget to
recompile a dissector change, even if its just a comment change). Based on
recent developments, I suspect the problem is this:

It seems in line with the other changes originally necessary to build the
plugins that used lex. I'm not familiar enough with the makefiles to know why
it builds into libwireshark.dll, but VS doesn't consider it "most recent"

I guess, I was to lazy to make a complete distclean I just made it in the mate
ir.
The current top-of-trunk seems to work on my Win7 VM.
