Add a temporary workaround for the duplicated filter name problem.
Good idea--actually I suspect this should be a permanent change anyway:
the value_strings are different for these 2 fields.
Still need to remember to solve the underlying problem though--I won't
have time to work on it for a while. Maybe a bug should be opened so we
don't forget.
