To quote the checkin comment for the change I just checked in, removing the
subdissector table from packet-aim.c:
In r12060, use of the "aim.family" subdissector table was eliminated,
in favor of the AIM dissector having its own private way of handing off to
subdissectors. Get rid of the subdissector table.
