I think Anders is building with VS2015, but as you noted all official
builds are currently done with VS2013 so that's the safe bet.  You can
install both side-by-side.

Pro-tip, create a VM using the technology of your choice and use that for
Wireshark Dev (and only Wireshark Dev).  This means that when you get a new
PC, you just copy over the VM.
