capture-pcap-util.c:620: error: static declaration of
'pcap_datalink_name_to_val' follows non-static declaration
/usr/include/pcap/pcap.h:295: error: previous declaration of
'pcap_datalink_name_to_val' was here

Comparing with Ubuntu there is these additional flags
-L/usr/lib64 -Wl,-rpath,/usr/lib64 -lpcap

I do have pcap.h
ls /usr/include/pcap
bpf.h namedb.h pcap.h sll.h usb.h
