The last line of crash stack is something like:
*msvcp140!mtx_do_lock+0x78 *
I guess this is related to the 'std::mutex' change in
some recent MSVC C++ API. Here are some refs:

The fix for Wireshark could be to add
'-D_DISABLE_CONSTEXPR_MUTEX_CONSTRUCTOR' to the build
CFLAGS.
