The yellow color indicate that there is a warning of some sort about those
lines.
The lowest-level yellow entry is for a Diameter AVP with an unknown attribute
code; the attribute code is 1356, which is a code that this version of
Wireshark does not understand. That's what it's warning about.
The higher-level yellow entries are marked as having lower-level yellow entries
inside them.
