Hi Ben,

have you tried updating the Preferences (Appearance > Window Title or
Prepend window title) with the %C flag ? This should work when calling
wireshark from the command line, and a --capture-comment option)

For example: wireshark --capture-comment window1 ;  wireshark
--capture-comment window2 ..

Please have a look at the User Guide for more options or come back
here if it isn't clear enough (
