Yep I noticed that I done that the minute I sent it .. ( I hit the send
button after I constructed my reply but forgot to put the private address in
) I was just waiting for the avalanche of mail having a laugh at my expense
:-)) .. At least I made sure everything private was closed ...
Filter icmp showed up icmp actions only ... I had no idea that saving that
file saves everything not just icmp .. i.e the filter is not a hard filter
.. It still has everything in it ... I know !!! I know !!! that I should
have checked before posting .. But I failed to do that so there you go ...
But I am still unclear about why I can not get a ping reply from M1

Hi guys, shall I spill the beans?
Or are we letting David find out for himself?

Nhaa, that's not nice. So here it goes.

David,

If you reply to a message from a mailing list and you want that reply to be
private, don't address the mailinglist.

Now that the message is sent, you already know it can't be withdrawn, I've
explained you that. Hopefully the filtering you applied caused no private
data to leak out.

Thanx,
Jaap
