Thanks this tricks seems to work :) But actually I have many many files with 
sniffer pro and it would be really painful to do that for each file. 
I tried to merge the files with mergecap -F ngwsniffer_2_0 but the timestamp 
goes wrong too :( Don't know what to try now

I have seen this problem with Netasyst as well, 
where the timestamps are correct in Netasyst, but if you open the trace in 
Wireshark or Observer the timestamps are out.

 

A workaround is to do a Save As within the sniffer 
and you should then find that the timestamps are also correct in Wireshark & 
Observer.
