They didn't before, but they do now. They were missing step 3 in the first 
section, which tells you to edit 
https://gitlab.com/wireshark/editor-wiki/-/wikis/home, which synchronizes with 
the main wiki.

No clue. If I remove it gitlab.com redirects me to the avec-dash version of the 
URL, so we might be able to get away with using the sans-dash version in 
documentation and elsewhere.
