business growth topic of Feb. 27 Tech Council event*


Hear about progress and challenges in building a stronger infrastructure for broadband in northern Wisconsinat the *Tuesday, Feb. 27* meeting of the Tech Council Innovation Network in Ashland.

This Tech Council Innovation Network luncheon is in partnership with the Ashland Area Development Corp. <> and the Bayfield County Economic Development Corp <>., both of which are regional economic development groups. It will be held at the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s Ashland campus, 2100 Beaser Ave., conference rooms 306-307.

Registration, networking and hors d’oeuvres start at 5 p.m. and the presentation at 6 p.m. The cost is $10.


*Angie Dickison, *Wisconsin state broadband director, will outline emerging broadband strategies across northern Wisconsin. Tom Still will discuss the Wisconsin Technology Council’s long-term advocacy for broadband and will moderate as panelists discuss examples of progress and their hopes for the future. Panelists are:
