Nah, rumah saya itu berlokasi di hook.. Pengen nanya nih, gimana ya pelaksanaan aturan mengenai GSB (Garis Sepadan Bangunan) di Wismamas Pd Cabe. Menurut info dr developer, saya harus mundur 4 meter dari batas tanah.. wah.. kalo gitu.. agak percuma juga nih ngambil hook.. :( Ada yg bilang, aturan GSB itu tidak ketat.. beberapa tahun ke depan juga bakal bebas2 aja.. Tapi ada juga yg bilang sebaliknya.. bahwa jika melanggar GSB maka sewaktu2 harus siap dibongkar. Mungkin rekan2 lain ada yg punya pengalaman mengenai GSB, khususnya thd Dev. Wismamas??
