From: Edhi Pranasidhi [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 28 Februari 2006 8:40 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; 'martiana' Subject: Tuesday MARKET OUTLOOK Tuesday, February 28 Indonesian shares may again trade higher, boosted by surprising 2005 earnings from cement blue chips and steady rupiah. Moody's plan to upgrade Indonesia's and nine banks long term debt rating should be very positive and denying previous rating by Fitch... Still, weak regional markets could inspire swift profit taking
Index: 1224-1244 S1: 1212 R2: 1260 Looks good at the upper end of the range, beware of technical correction
TLKM: 6,000-6,350. Its ADRs in NY rose 0.1% at $26.73, or equal with IDR6,164 per share based on current USD/IDR pair of IDR9,225. Telkoms 2005 net profit could raise as much as 30% on year to around IDR7.8 trillion and IDR8 trillion due to an increase in revenue. A 60% of dividend payout ratio could be translated to IDR238 per share dividend payment.
ISAT: 5,000-5,400. ADRs rose 3.2% to $28.37, or equal with IDR5,234 per share. Stuck within this range
INTP: 4,300-4,700. Its 2005 net profit jumped 6 times to IDR739.69 billion from IDR116.02 billion in 2004 due mostly to an increase in sales and foreign exchange gains. I expect the company to maintain its profitability growth this year due to higher demand and an increase in cement prices. Target now at IDR5,800 in 12 months.
ANTM: 3,900-4,400. It has a wide band and high volatility. The company said it has switched on its third ferronickel plant. The commissioning period will take 60 days...BUY on weakness.
SMGR: 22,500-24,500. 2005 net profit rose 80% on year due to an increase in sales and high prices of cement. The idea to split shares are now on table and could be launched after the company builds its third cement plant in East Java.
BMRI: 1,600-1,740. Chart says it may continue to maintain its upward trend, although limited.
BBRI: 3,200-3,450. It will announce its 2005 earnings in the second week of March. It is currently trading at a p/e of 9.8 times its 2006 prospective earnings. Target remains at above IDR4,000 in 12 months.
TINS: 1,900-2,200. Volatile, but chart says it may continue its upward momentum. 2005 net profit is expected to rise around 40% or more given higher prices of tin.
ASII: 9,500-9,900. Heard that a big foreign fund will start collecting these shares for future acquisition...
Monitoring: ADHI: 800-900 CMNP: 820-880 CTRS: 470-520 INCI: 370-450 impressive 2005 earnings...? PNBN: 450-475 GJTL: 620-720
