I have done this by looking up the URL and then creating a frameset with Tango. A thin top frame contains your site identity with links to go back, and the bottom frame has the URL.
I did this for a site before the dotcom bomb, you can see it at http://dotcomoffers.bighead.net/. It may take a while to load because some of the ads are now dead links. But if if you click on a companies offer, you will get taken to their site within my frame. I have several clients that like this method a lot, because it gives them the feeling that user never really left their site.
