Hi Niall,

Yes, this appears once in a while and others have reported that this appears
frequently. Very unpredictable. Possibly the frequency of the issue is tied
to localized network connectivity?? The root cause of the problem is unknown
to me.

But you are in luck, to some degree. A FTF (Field Temp Fix?) was created
that includes a fix for this problem.

WARNING: FTF's are upgrades of the Witango Product line, over and above
SP1 - BUT HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY TESTED IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS, so use at
your own risk.

The latest FTF (for all platforms) are available at:
http://www.witango.com/installers/ftf47/index.html

Some documentation on included fixes is available here:
http://www.witango.com/installers/ftf47/fixes.html

The documentation is important because the <@URL> fix includes a new
Configuration Variable that you may want to add to your t4server.ini file.

I've heard very little on the List in the way of negative feedback regarding
this FTF - anybody have comments on it?

Hope this helps. Cheers....
