If this has been discussed previously I apologize.
For the past year or so we've migrated all our databases to 8i+ versions of
Oracle, but because I'm using Oracle type data sources I've had to keep a
7.4.3 schema shell around where I've had to duplicate all schema changes we
make in our development environment in order to access them in the Mac Dev
Studio client.
I know Oracle hasn't released any new libraries to make a simple upgrade
possible, but I was wondering if anyone had found a way around this or has
experienced a similar issue? A point in the right direction would be
extremely helpful.
