Hi Rich, This sounds like a very unusual problem, can you give us more information?
Typically you shouldn't need to purge your User Scope variables to fix a file loading problem. <@PURGE SCOPE=USER> is probably the only way to reset the <@USERREFERENCE> (?), but you will also loose all your User Scope variables in the process. Is there a URL we can look at? Let us know....
