I changed my bulk e-mail program to send the messages one at a time.  I found 
that when I put a bunch of addresses in the TO field, the server only sent out 
about the first 20 and never sent the rest of them.  I don't know if it was a 
mail server limitation or maybee a misformed e-mail address, but sending them 
one at a time solved the problem.
