One thing we learned about ODBC accross multiple servers is that it
doesn't work with a NT/2000 server to a Novel server.
You can configure a PC to automatically dial out when required. It is a
parameter in dial up neworking, as I recall.

This is a new one to me. Wanted to see if anyone else has tried this.
Client wants to do an ODBC update to a SQL compliant database over a
dial-up
modem.
Is there anyway to do that to configure the PC so it dials in and can
do an
ODBC.
I would guess it is something in the client configuration for the ODBC
setup
but I wouldn't know which one or how to configure it.
